1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PerfectTales ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These form a legally binding contract between you and [Your Company Name/Your Name] ("PerfectTales").

2. Description of Service

PerfectTales is an iOS mobile application that uses AI (primarily Google Gemini) to generate personalized bedtime stories and illustrations for children based on user inputs like age group, themes, and optional name.

Features include:

• Story generation and saving locally
• Optional premium subscriptions for higher limits

The App is for entertainment only. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, repetitions, or unexpected elements.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• The App targets children aged 3-11 and is intended for use under parental/guardian supervision.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe, make purchases, or provide any child-related information.
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising children's use and any data entered about children.
• We do not knowingly allow use by children under 13 without parental involvement, in compliance with COPPA.

4. User Accounts

No formal account creation is required. Subscriptions and purchases are managed via your Apple ID.
