2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Solair AI operates with a privacy-first design. The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

• Conversations: All chat messages between you and the AI
• User Memories: Personal facts and preferences you save
• Settings and Preferences: App configuration, theme choices, AI parameters
• Downloaded AI Models: Machine learning models for offline use
• Health Data (if enabled): Data accessed from Apple HealthKit, including but not limited to steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, and other health metrics

2.2 Health Data

If you grant permission, Solair AI can access health data from Apple HealthKit to provide health-related insights. This health data:

• Is processed entirely on your device by locally-running AI models

• Is never shared with third parties by us

• Is never used for advertising or marketing purposes

• Can be revoked at any time through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health

Note: If you enable the optional Private Server feature, health data referenced in your conversations may be transmitted to the server you configure. You are responsible for the privacy practices of your own server.
